3. Client Responsibilities

4. AI Services Disclaimer

Our services may utilize artificial intelligence technologies, including AI-powered chatbots, voice agents, automation systems, and language models.

Clients acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or outdated information.

AI systems may occasionally provide unexpected or incorrect responses.

AI-generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon for legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or business-critical decisions.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead generation results, revenue increases, or operational improvements.

The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs and customer-facing communications.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, subscription plan, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Payments are due according to the stated invoice terms.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of their business content, trademarks, branding, and customer data.

WebTecPro retains ownership of its proprietary systems, methodologies, workflows, templates, software, automation frameworks, and intellectual property.

Ownership of completed website designs or deliverables may transfer to the client upon full payment where specified in the project agreement.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers including, but not limited to, CRM platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, AI providers, and cloud services.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party outages.

Platform policy changes.

Service interruptions.

Changes in pricing or functionality.

Actions taken by third-party providers.

Use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebTecPro shall not be liable for:

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to WebTecPro during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary interruptions.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with any applicable service agreement.

Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain payable.

Access to services may be revoked.

Certain client data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period unless otherwise required by law.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

13. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WebTecPro from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Client-provided content.

Unlawful use of services.

Breach of these Terms.

Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
